Our Promise

All books and stationery are in mint condition, exactly as originally published, unless otherwise described. The published prices quoted are the last price at which the publishers were selling the title when we bought our stock. 

Bee’s Emporium endeavour to bring all our customers the best value we can but please remember all our stocks are subject to availability. We update our website as regualrly as we can but this process can take up to one hour to update. Please note that the price the goods are offered for sale are as displayed in the Shopping Basket and your credit/debit card will only be debited as your order is dispatched.

When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Place Order", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, along with the the details of your order. This order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is then accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. For your safety and privacy your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
 

Your Status

By placing an order through our site you confirm that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If using someone else payment card, you have the express permission of the card holder to do so.

    Prices and Payment

    All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate if applicable. . We accept most major credit and debit cards : Visa/Delta, Switch/Maestro, Mastercard/Eurocard. 

    We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

    Will overseas customers please note that we are very happy to accept payment by means of Visa, Barclaycard, Access, Mastercard credit cards and Switch, Maestro or Delta debit cards. We regret we can not accept payment with Canadian or Republic of Ireland Postal Orders, American Express, Electron or Solo cards.

    All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

    These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
