Returns

If you are in anyway unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return. Return postage  costs are the responsibility of the customer and please obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records. Once the product has been received and inspected a full refund will be issued within 48 hours.

Orders that are returned by the courier as undeliverable address or are not collected by the recipient will be subject to a handling fee of £3-£5 dependant on items ordered. Orders supplied to addresses out of the UK will be subject to a £10 handling fee.

If the product is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a return and refund/or replacement, depending on availability.
